Mesquite Oasis offers the following amenities for Mesquite Oasis guests.  We ask that you limit the use of the facilities for RV Park guests only, unless you have rented the amenity for a private function.

• On site management to tend to your all your needs as you are our guest.
• Security gate for added safety.
• Outdoor swimming pool.  Surrounding the pool are 3 covered areas with individual grills. Fire up the steaks and take a dip in the pool!
• Spacious 24-hour laundry with 20 NEW washer and dryers.  Laundry area has sitting area with TV for while you wait.

• Fiber optic WiFi, fastest in town and Direct TV.

• Dog runs and an indoor dog wash.

• Catch and release pond with multiple covered sitting areas for your family to relax and spend time together. Come feed the ducks!

• Community center with kitchenette, 3 large TVs, billiards and ping-pong.

• Weight room with all NEW equipment.

• Indoor basketball court/volleyball, etc.

• Large playground for the kiddos!

• New bathrooms equipped with showers for our clients. Open 24 hours 7 days a week. It is never close to our tenants.
• Large, friendly community with plenty of space to take a walk or ride your bike.

If you wish to use the Gym for a private function, please contact the office for availability and charges.

Mesquite Oasis RV Park has security cameras strategically placed and recording for the sole protection of Mesquite Oasis RV Park at all times, as well as a Grounds Manager that is on site and checks thing periodically through the night.
