Our sites are roomy with plenty of room for more than 1 vehicle and a front porch area. You are not packed in like sardines in a can!

All of our pedestals are equipped with 30 amp, 50 amp, and a 110 GFI as well as a hook-up for Direct TV. We have 100 spaces that’s are 40' x 90' and 140 spaces that are 30’ x 46’ w concrete pads.

We are a Family & Pet Friendly park. Our tenants enjoy themselves and their neighbors, but we are not a rowdy/party park. Each of our sites receives a pin code specific to their site so that our tenants can access the pool, laundry, dog wash, rec room, indoor basketball, exercise room, and bathrooms/showers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are bringing a pet they must be current on their vaccinations, and non aggressive. Please review our Pet Policy HERE.

Security

Mesquite Oasis RV Park has security cameras strategically placed and recording for the sole protection of Mesquite Oasis RV Park at all times, as well as a Grounds Manager that is on site and checks thing periodically through the night.

Rate Information

All sites include CITY water, sewer, electricity, Direct TV, and WI-FI. They also have access to the pool (seasonal hours), laundry, rec room, indoor basketball, exercise room and bathrooms/showers at all times. There is a fenced catch & release pond for fishing or feeding the ducks. It is lit so that you can enjoy an evening stroll in the moonlight or just enjoy the lit fountain.

Cancellation Policy: Must notify us 48 hours in advance of reservation date to receive a refund.
