We are proud to say that we are the most upscale RV Park in this area. Everything at our park has been built to code and you don't have to worry whether your water is bad because of a contaminated or uninspected well, because we have CITY WATER that has to pass all of the City and State standards!! We know that you have a choice when it comes to RV Parks and we are confident that you will be pleased you picked the Mesquite Oasis!

Our Park is Family & Pet friendly! There is a special community feel where all the Tenants know each other and watch out for each other, but our park is not a rowdy park! So if you are looking for a safe environment we are the place for you. Just ask our tenants.

We have 240 RV spaces. Our sites include full-hookup sites with 30 & 50 amp service as well as 110v. 140 sites have concrete pads. We offer back-in sites and pull-through sites. You can rent daily, weekly or monthly. The park is surrounded with a 7' fence around the sides and back and a pipe fence at our front. Our facilities are to the highest quality standards.

The Sites

All of our pedestals are equipped with 30 amp, 50 amp, and a 110 GFI.

We have 240 RV spaces:

100 spaces are 40' x 90'

140 spaces are 30’ x 46’ with useable concrete pads

You have plenty of room to park more than one vehicle. Each site is given a pin code specific to their site, for them to access the pool (has seasonal hours), laundry, indoor basketball, community room, exercise room, and bathrooms/showers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is never closed to our tenants.
