Pay by card or bank transfer through our payment authorization form or the Rent Manager resident portal. Your gate code and amenity PIN arrive by email.

RV guests
RV Site Registration
For anyone bringing their own RV, travel trailer or fifth wheel. Collects your details, rig and vehicle information, and photo ID.

Authorize a card or bank payment for the invoiced total. Use this after we send your itemized invoice.

What you will need before you start
- A government-issued photo ID you can photograph
- Your employer name and contact, if you are working locally
- Vehicle make, model and licence plate
- RV length and type (RV applications only)
- Pet details and vaccination status, if bringing a pet
- An email address we can send your invoice to
- A phone number for gate and maintenance notices
- About five minutes

How your payment is actually completed
We would rather over-explain this than surprise you. Here is every website involved, who runs it, and what it charges.
Option A — new guests
Payment authorization form
After you approve your invoice total, open the payment authorization form at forms.mesquiteoasis.net and enter your card or bank details. The form is operated by us. Your payment is then processed through Rent Manager ePay, the payment service built into Rent Manager, the property-management software we use to run the park.

Option B — current residents
Resident payment portal
Once you are a resident you get an account in the Rent Manager Tenant Web Access portal. Sign in there any time to see your ledger, pay rent by card or bank transfer, and download receipts. Select “Mesquite Oasis” from the location list, then register with your account number and email address.

Every hand-off happens only when you click a link. This site never redirects you automatically to another domain.
Before you are charged
Submitting an application does not charge you anything. We review it, confirm availability, and email you an itemized invoice with a total. You are only charged after you authorize that specific amount.
If you change your mind
Notify us at least 48 hours before your reservation date to receive a refund. Full details, including how refunds are issued, are in our cancellation and refund policy.
Your personal information
Applications collect your ID and contact details so we can verify who is staying on the property. Read what we collect, why, and how long we keep it in our Privacy Policy.
