A full-hookup site with every utility included.
You bring your RV; we supply everything it plugs into. Each pedestal is equipped with a 30 amp, a 50 amp, and a 110v GFI outlet. All sites include City of Odessa water, sewer and electricity plus fiber-optic WiFi — there is no separate utility bill and no metered surcharge.

Rules, pets and cancellations
Pets
We are a pet-friendly park with two dog parks, dog runs and a dog wash station. Pets must be current on their vaccinations and non-aggressive.
Park rules
Park management enforces a no-party, no-rowdy-behavior rule. We promote a safe and quiet environment for everyone.
Cancellations & refunds
You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation date to receive a refund.
