About us
One property, family owned, in west Odessa.
Mesquite Oasis Lodge & RV Park is a single lodging property at 7601 W 42nd St, Odessa, TX 79764. We rent 241 full-hookup RV sites and approximately 110 furnished lodge rooms to travellers, families, contractors and crews working across the Permian Basin.
We are an independent business. We are not a franchise, not a booking agency, and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any hotel brand, RV park chain, or government housing programme. Everything we advertise, we own and operate ourselves.
One legal entity, one property, two things we rent. Mesquite Oasis RV LLC is the single Texas limited liability company behind everything on this site. The RV park and the lodge rooms are not separate companies — they are two kinds of accommodation on one fenced property at one address, billed by one entity, through one payment processor. If you have seen us advertised under more than one name, every one of those names is us.
