A gated extended-stay park built for people who work in the Permian Basin.
Mesquite Oasis Lodge & RV Park is a single, family-owned property in west Odessa, Texas. We rent two things and nothing else: full-hookup RV sites for people who bring their own rig, and furnished lodge rooms for people who need a bed, a bathroom and utilities handled. Stay one night, one week, or a year.
The property is fenced with a security gate and monitored cameras. Every resident gets a personal PIN code for the pool, laundry, gym, indoor court and shower hall, at no extra charge. The pool is open during its posted seasonal hours.

Pay by card or bank transfer through our payment authorization form or the Rent Manager resident portal. Your gate code and amenity PIN arrive by email.

Every resident receives a PIN code tied to their site or room. It opens the pool, the laundry, the dog wash, the resident lounge, the indoor basketball court, the fitness center and the shower halls. No sign-up sheets, no extra charge. The pool is open during its posted seasonal hours.
